Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about SyntVision images and royalty-free music.

Images

1. What types of images are available?

We offer a curated collection of high-quality AI-generated images — from abstract art to realistic scenes — for personal and commercial projects.

2. Are all images really free?

Yes. Images offered as free downloads have no hidden download fee. Use is subject to our Terms and Conditions.

3. Can I use images commercially and in paid ads?

Yes. You may use free images in commercial work and in paid advertising (including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms), as long as you do not resell or redistribute the image file as a standalone stock product.

4. Do I need to give credit for images?

No. Attribution is optional (appreciated, not required).

5. Can I edit the images?

Yes. You may crop, edit, and customize images for your projects. You still may not sell the image itself as a standalone file.

6. Can I redistribute images on other platforms?

No. Do not resell or redistribute images as standalone downloads. Use them inside your own projects and publications.

Audio / Music

7. Is the music royalty-free?

Yes. SyntVision Audio tracks offered as free downloads are royalty-free for personal and commercial use under our Terms. No attribution is required.

8. Can I use the music in paid Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube ads?

Yes. You may use our free royalty-free tracks in paid Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, and similar paid social / video campaigns at no extra royalty fee to SyntVision, provided you follow the prohibited-use rules (no reselling tracks as standalone music products).

9. What file format are audio downloads?

Tracks download as MP3 (MPEG audio). Bitrate and other technical details may appear on each track. WAV is not guaranteed unless a track is explicitly labeled with that format.

10. Can I monetize YouTube videos or podcasts with this music?

Yes. You may use the tracks in monetized videos, podcasts, and streams under these Terms. That does not mean every platform’s Content ID system will treat every track the same way — if a claim appears, contact us with the track name.

11. Can I resell or upload the tracks to another music library?

No. You may not redistribute or sell the audio files as stand-alone stock music, sample packs, or ringtone packs.

General

12. Where are the full legal terms?

See our Terms and Conditions and Free Downloads Policy.

13. What if a download fails?

Contact us through the Contact page with the asset name and we will help.

SyntVision Editor & Studio

14. Does Edit Image / SyntVision Editor exist?

Yes. Registered users can open SyntVision Editor (and related edit flows such as Canva/Pixlr where offered) to edit images and save them to Studio.

15. Is the editor completely free with no limits?

No. Basic editing is available on Free, but storage and advanced features have limits. See the plans below.

16. What is Free vs Trial vs Pro?

17. What happens when my trial ends?

If you do not subscribe to Pro, your account returns to Free limits (50 MB; Pro-only features turn off). Your existing Studio images stay in your account. If you are over 50 MB, new saves may be blocked until you delete files or upgrade to Pro.

18. Can I get another free trial?

No. The free Pro trial is once per account.

19. Where do I manage billing?

From My Account → Studio (Subscription) or Editor Pro, when Stripe billing is enabled.
