Free Downloads Policy

SyntVision provides free digital creative assets for download, including AI-generated images and royalty-free audio tracks / music (typically delivered as MP3).
1. Digital Content
All files are digital products delivered online. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Free Access (guests and members)
Downloads offered as free on SyntVision have no download fee. A SyntVision account is not required to download free library images or audio. Creating a free account is optional and unlocks My Account features (download history, Studio, Editor, game high scores).
Use of downloaded Content is governed by our Terms and Conditions.
3. What You May Download
- Images — AI-generated visuals for personal and commercial projects, including paid social ads.
- Audio — royalty-free MP3 music for videos, podcasts, monetized content, and paid Facebook / Instagram / YouTube ads (and similar), subject to the Terms.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because free library Content is digital and free of charge, returns, exchanges, or refunds do not apply to free downloads.
Paid Editor Pro subscriptions are separate from free downloads. Billing, cancellation, and any refund rights for Pro are described in the Terms and Conditions and handled through Stripe / My Account.
5. File Availability
If an image or audio download fails, contact us via the Contact page with the asset name.
6. Usage Limits
Free downloads do not allow reselling or redistributing raw image or audio files as standalone stock products. See the Terms for full permitted and prohibited uses.
7. Abuse and fair use
We may rate-limit, block, or otherwise restrict automated scraping, abusive bulk downloading, or activity that harms the service. Creating accounts solely to circumvent limits is not allowed.
8. Acceptance
By downloading images or audio from SyntVision, you agree to this policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
9. Editor plans (separate from free library downloads)
Public image and audio downloads remain free under these policies. SyntVision Editor / Studio storage and Pro features (Trial 30 days, Pro €6.99/mo or €59/yr, Free 50 MB) are described in our Terms and Conditions and FAQ.
10. Editor Pro subscriptions and AI credit packs
Subscriptions: Editor Pro billing periods that have started are generally non-refundable, as described in our Terms and Conditions (§11), unless required by law. Cancel anytime via Manage billing in Studio; access continues until the current period ends when Stripe allows.
AI credit packs: one-time digital purchases for AI usage. Unused packs are generally non-refundable after purchase, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Credits have no cash value. Details: Terms §11a and FAQ.
